I gave myself the weekend to heal and rest. And Monday I hit the gym renewed and feeling good for my solo cardio and weight training. I can’t remember, but I did at least 40 minutes of elliptical and some random weight-lifting. Ditto for Tuesday. Today (Wednesday) I meet with Jade and I have no idea what we’ll be doing but I would bet anything it involves triceps, so I worked those today to gauge how much I’d be able to work them tomorrow. I’m not sore (yet) so hopefully I’ll be OK tomorrow.

A week or so until I go to Nashville to visit the Kids! I’m excited.
